What started in 1986 as two men captioning from a basement, with a commitment to providing quality captions for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has grown into a worldwide operation, with four US offices, two international offices, realtime captioners all across the country and translators worldwide.
