Message from the President
Getting it done. Getting it right.
Don’t you wish that we heard that more these days? As
consumers, as citizens, as shareholders. Simple. No
nonsense. Just results.
At VITAC, we use this simple phrase as a
barometer of performance. Our recruiting, our training, our
equipment, our vendor relations, our sales approach --
everything is geared toward customer satisfaction. What does
the customer want? When do they want it? We like to think that
we have a service level that is the highest in the
industry, meeting even the tough deadlines with expert service
and quality product. And to do
that we need to think and act differently than most in the
industry:

We are investing in our
infrastructure. All VITAC captioners are employees and
have identical captioning set-up (hardware, software) and
communication tools. We have upgraded and made all of our
offices more efficient (we will be adding a flash tour of each
of our offices to this website very soon). As of this summer,
encoding will be available through both our LA and Pittsburgh
facilities. We have over 30 movable satellite dishes and over
120 IRDs – we can see anything, anywhere.

We are truly 24 x 7 x 365 with
knowledgeable staff, not a recording, on duty and available.

We have a strong, loyal team.
