VITAC Reaffirms Commitment to Captioning Clients and Media

PITTSBURGH, November 21, 2005 -- Merrill Corporation, a leading

announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire
WordWave, Inc., parent company of VITAC, the leading international
provider of captioning/subtitling services.
